Once your purchase has been completed, e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us. (

Orders and Payment
●Please let us know your home phone number if you have both mobile phone and home phone. There is a possibility that we might not be able to accept your order if we cannot contact you by phone.

※Modifying and Cancelling Orders
●Modifying or cancelling the order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the shipment phases.
●Please note that modifying and cancelling after the shipment, the customers are to pay the postage to returns.

Shipping and Delivery
●Once your order is confirmed, we will send you e-mail about the shipping.
●Contact us if you’d like POST RESTANTE.
●Free shipping on orders over \10000(without tax), and other orders cost \500(tax included) for shipping.

※Notes for delivery
●Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the peak period or incomplete order form.
●Desired delivery time may be changed depending on weather, road conditions and other reasons.
●Delivery will be re-deliver another day when the recipient is absent.
●The shipment will be only in Japan.

Return and Exchange
You can return or exchange your order within 8 days from delivery. The item must be in its original and unused condition.Please contact us first( Please have your delivery slip in order to check your order.
●If you believed an item to be defective or damaged, or you received wrong item, we will pay for the postage.
Please note that, except for the reasons above, the customers are to pay the postage to returns.
In either case, please use Yu-Pack Parcel or any other delivery service.

●Please keep the copy of delivery invoice.
●Please note that we will not take any responsibility for the lost of item during delivery without a certificate of delivery.
●We will process as a return if there is unspecified for exchange.

●Please send your item if it needs to be repaired. After we checked the item, we will e-mail you with repair details and estimate. Please note that we will begin to repair after we get your approval.
